Egan Project, located in Washington Township, NJ
From a compact and slightly tired range to an efficient two-story colonial, this
project, located in Washington Township, NJ, proves that a lot of good work can be done
without breaking the "bank".
Added were two bedrooms, one full bath, new windows, new central air conditioning
and a complete exterior makeover, including a new roof, siding, gutters and exterior
insulation.
Sustainable Housing Pilot Project, located in Montague, NJ
This Delaware Heights Sustainable Housing Project is the first of its type in the
area. These houses intend to be affordable as well as attractive and comfortable.
Jarashow Project, located
in Fair Lawn, NJ
This 1960 colonial is undergoing an extreme
"make over" inside and out including:
Exterior: New Andersen windows, cement
board siding as well as a new roof and expanded
composite deck. Interior: Seven bedrooms,
five and one half baths, a new kitchen featuring
a butler's pantry and an island.
Six-zone heating, three-zone air conditioning,
fluorescent lighting and foam insulation
will help manage energy costs. Oak and tile
flooring are being utilized for ease of
maintenance.
Dos Santos Project, located
in North Bergen, NJ
This vintage bungalow was given a major
"make-over" transforming it into an efficient,
ultra-modern, three bedroom, two bathroom
urban dream home. Amenities include: 90+
efficiency central, heating/cooling system,
a maple and granite kitchen, white oak flooring,
Ipe~ accent walls, lots of storage, bi-level
deck, balcony and off-street parking.
Flores Project, located
in Livingston, NJ
This multi-faceted project included doubling
the size of the family room, a complete
kitchen renovation with commercial-style
appliances and renovation of the master
suite. In addition, the exterior was updated
by adding a "portico," replacing the front
entrance, platform and steps, as well as
removal of the existing vinyl siding and
its replacement with cement board siding
with PVC trim. Costs were kept manageable
by the "recycling" of newer window units
and preservation of existing components
that were in good condition.
Rosen Project,
located in Franklin Lakes, NJ
Consists of the following: A second story
master bedroom suite with master bedroom
and bath with whirlpool and steam shower,
office and 12'x16' custom closet. Approx.
1,100 square feet of new living space.
Matti Project, located
in Livingston, NJ
A 2,000-square-foot unfinished basement
was transformed into a colorful playroom
featuring a full bath, exercise room, home
theater wing, wet bar and a sliding door
entrance. Why leave home? Work, work out,
watch a movie, make a snack and take a shower
right in that unused basement.
Private Project,
located in Teaneck, NJ
Three rooms and a bathroom, approximately
800 square feet of living space, were added/remodeled
to create a first floor den, a master bedroom
suite and another separate bedroom. Exterior
work included two masonry steps and many
beautiful windows and exterior doors. Maximum
insulation was installed to help control
heating and cooling costs. Designed by The
Bilow Group.
This project, located in Jersey City, NJ, involves
the replacement of over 400 new windows in this
historic building which formerly housed the factory
that produced Ticonderoga pencils. This is Phase
One is a larger overall project.
Campmor, Inc. Corporate Headquarters and
Warehouse Renovation
Campmor, Inc., a leading retailer of outdoor
recreation products and apparel has purchased an
145,000 sq. foot building that will house their
state-of-the-art corporate offices. This structure
will consolidate their corporate offices, warehouse
and mail order facility. Anthony Brother's
has been selected as the lead contractor and is
currently coordinating the construction of 20,000
square feet of office space as well as the replacement
of the HVAC system and extensive exterior renovations.
