Our primary way of doing business.  We submit a proposal based on specifications shown on the plan.  When accepted, we furnish all necessary labor, material and subcontractors needed to complete the project.  Anthony Brother's also obtains permits and coordinates inspections.

As construction manager, we work with the owner's general contractor supervising the work he performs.  We assure that the specifications are followed, facilitate scheduling, disbursements and inspections.  We work to contain cost over-runs, make sure that "extras" are priced fairly and arbitrate any disputes that may arise between the contractor and the owner.

We can work as either General Contractor or Construction Manager in projects involving alternative energy sources, such as solar or wind power, energy efficiency and "co-housing" (where people pool resources to build sustainable housing.)
